Changes after project delivery are billed at $30 USD per hour. Submit a task in your dashboard; our AI provides an hour estimate; pay online to start work.
Terms & billing
**Ecommerce Business Starter — $9.99 USD / month (billed annually at $119.88 USD / year)**
**Included each year:**
- 1 domain name (standard TLD, subject to availability)
- Basic shared hosting with SSL
- Custom ecommerce website design on the ZenHST platform
- Product catalog — add your products and accept online orders
- Basic SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, and foundational setup)
- Annual renewal at $119.88 USD unless cancelled
**Platform use & design ownership:**
- Your store runs on ZenHST's hosted platform for the duration of your active subscription.
- You may add, edit, and sell products through your assigned store while subscribed.
- The custom design and platform access are licensed for use during the subscription period only.
- To permanently retain the design, export rights, or migrate off-platform, a separate one-time buyout fee applies (quoted on request; payment required before transfer).
**Not included:**
- Custom mobile apps (quoted separately)
- Advanced SEO, ads, or marketplace integrations beyond the starter scope
**Billing & renewal:**
- Billed annually via Stripe at $119.88 USD ($9.99/month equivalent).
- We notify you 90 days before renewal. Failed renewals may suspend your store until payment is received.
**Changes after delivery:**
- Post-delivery changes are billed at $30 USD per hour via your client dashboard.
**Cancellation:**
- Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Store access may be suspended after the paid period ends unless design buyout is completed.
